Bhathiya is an experienced guide and the perfect person to show you all the beautiful sites of Sri Lanka. The transport was great and all the accommodation have been sufficient.

My husband and I chose Bhathy to be our tour guide and driver for our honeymoon trip. We spent 7 days in this beautiful country in total. Bhathy is a honest, responsible, trustworthy driver, he is also knowledgeable about the background of each of the sightseeing spot. We went to Nuwara Eliya, Kandy, Dambulla, Sigiria, Passikudha, Galle and Colombo. The whole trip is pleasant except for the long drive in the last two days. I particularly recommend visiting the nature side of the country, if you don't have enough time, skip Colombo. Also try to do some research on food/ restaurant as hotel offers similar kind of menu.

I hope to visit again soon and will try to spend one more day in the plantation and do some hiking. Thanks Bhathy

Vom 09. April bis zum 19. April haben wir Bathiya für eine 10 tägige Rundreise in Sri Lanka als Fahrer gebucht. Meine zwei Freunde und ich starteten die Reise in Colombo. Dort trafen wir Bathiya zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt und starteten Richtung Sigiriya. Auf dem Weg dorthin besuchten wir das Elefanten Weisenhaus. Die erste Nacht verbrachten wir in einem tollen Baumhaus, eine sehr coole Erfahrung in den Baumwipfeln zu schlafen. Die weitere Reise führte uns von Dambulla über Kandy und Nuwara Eliya nach Ella. Anschließend ging es nach Yala wo wir eine tolle Safari Tour mit Elefanten und Leoparden gemacht haben. Die letzten 3 Tage verbrachten wir an den Stränden im Südwesten bevor es zurück nach Colombo ging.

Vielen Dank an Bathiya der uns die komplette Tour organisierte. Die Hotels waren alle sauber und absolut zu empfehlen. Dazu ist Bathiya ein sicherer Fahrer was in Sri Lanka extrem wichtig ist :) Er ermöglichte alles was wir an Wünschen hatten. Bathiya ist uneingeschränkt als Fahrer und Tourguide zu empfehlen. Danke!

Really can't find words to thank you for the wonderful experience in Sri Lanka. Your help was the most important thing during our 5 days stay in Sri Lanka and I am sure that without your presence we wouldn't have managed to do half the things we did.

Need to thank you deeply about your constant help, the accuracy in time, the willingness you have to make every desire we had come true, even when it came to taste the durian or to drink the coconut.

For sure our stay in Sri Lanka would be unforgettable. You were there to help us watch the best of the island and whenever we come again in Sri Lanka for sure we will try to contact you and have some more excursions.

Give the greetings to your family and your wife, we still can't forget your car, we spend much time there, we slept there and we had the most wonderful discussions while wondering in the roads of Sri Lanka.

We arranged a tour with Bhathyia after our friends in England told us what a fantastic time they had with him. Their tour was organised as part of a package holiday, but on their recommendation we felt confident in arranging our tour directly with Bhathyia. At all times he was very friendly, polite, was always punctual with a good sense of humour and he very quickly felt like one of the family. It was our first time in Sri Lanka and Bhathyia was able to give us an insight into a side of the country which we otherwise may not have seen. Both his understanding of and spoken English were excellent and he was easily able to answer our (many) questions. He also taught us some Sinhalese, although we weren't very good students!

Unlike some drivers, Bhathyia had a car rather than mini bus which as well as being extremely clean, meant that it was very easy to chat as we travelled around the country. We preferred this more very friendly option to exploring by mini bus.

Prior to booking our trip, I contacted Bhathyia direct by email, giving him a rough idea of the places we wanted to visit. He then planned a tour for us including booking accommodation to suit our budget. Perfect!

At the end of our tour we were all sad to say goodbye having seen so much of the wonderful country and really enjoying Bhathyia's company. If you are considering a trip to Sri Lanka, we would not hesitate in recommending Bhathyia Sri Lanka Tours. At the end of your tour you not only will have had an amazing experience, but also gained a good friend. Bohoma sthutei.

We are just finishing our tour with Bhathiya and it has been a total pleasure. We only had six days in beautiful Sri Lanka but Bhathiya was able to incorporate many natural wonders....especially Ella Gap, historic temples and art, and great accommodations. Nancy celebrated a birthday while on the tour and Bhathiya and I worked together to give her a memorable surprise....we did it with flowers, cake and decorations...both in the guesthouse and his wonderfully comfortable air conditioned van. Bhathiya attended to every detail from the planning and booking through driving in conditions I would not care to tackle. We felt safe the entire trip, and would highly recommend the services of Bhathiyatours!

Dear Bhathi Malle (brother)

bohoma sthuti (thank you very much) for two wonderful weeks in Sri Lanka. From the first moment you fetched us from the airport at 4.00 a.m. we were sure that we will have a lot of fun together. And we were not disappointed. We felt like traveling in a family with you. You are absolutely trustable, funny, helpful and last but not least a very good and save driver. So we enjoyed our tour through Sri Lanka every day.

We started our trip in Negombo, went over Dambula and Sigiriya to Nilaveli Beach. After three day relaxing on the beach we travelled to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, train ride to Ella und Yala National Park. The last days we spend in Tangalle.

On the whole trip you was a perfect companion and we became friends. We can recommend Bhathia to anybody wants to know this beautiful island. If we come back to Sri Lanka, sure again with Bhathia. And we will come back :-)

What a wonderful surprise to meet you in our last days of our roundtrip in Sri Lanka! So lovely to end a holiday with a road trip of you. We regret we haven't met you before, but reason enough to come back soon! I will recommend you to all my family and friends. You carry a very positive aura, are willing to share all the beautiful stories of your country and drive safely (which is very uncommon in Sri Lanka ;-)). Fizemos um tour pelo Sri Lanka durante 12 dias com o Bhathiya. Em menos de uma semana de antecedência conseguimos, com a ajuda e experiência do Bhathiya, preparar um tour pelo país que nos proporcionou um misto de aventura, cultura e natureza. As condições de viagem no carro do Bhathiya foram as ideais para 3 pessoas. A companhia, os conhecimentos, os conselhos e a grande disponibilidade do Bhathiya permitiu sentirmo-nos seguros, confortáveis e animados ao longo da nossa viagem. Tivemos alguns problemas em alguns alojamentos mas com a calma necessária e a persistência do grupo conseguimos superar essas situações arranjando sempre alternativas. Em Galle, tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer a família do Bhathiya, contudo, infelizmente, devido à falta de tempo não convivemos o suficiente como gostaríamos. Foi uma grande experiência e as aprendizagens foram muitas. Obrigado Bhathiya!
