In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting wildlife safari.
Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park Safari – The Elephant Gathering During the dry season, when water becomes scarce, large groups of elephants gather around the reservoirs and surrounding grasslands to drink water and feed on the fresh grasses. It is common to witness herds of around 20–25 elephants or more gathering together, creating one of Sri Lanka’s most spectacular wildlife experiences.
The safari may also offer opportunities to see deer, monkeys, crocodiles, and many species of birds, with the magnificent Sri Lankan elephant as the main highlight.

After breakfast, travel towards Kandy, stopping at the magnificent Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its ancient Buddhist statues, paintings, and sacred caves.
